Can I customise the packages?

At the moment we are not offering custom packages.

How can I pay for my package?

Payments are made via EziDebit.

50% Initial Deposit, 50% Balance on Completion (7 days)

EziDebit Fees and charges:

  • One Time Set up Fee $2.20
  • Bank Account Debit $0.99
  • Visa/Mastercard 1.87%
  • Amex/Diners 4.4%
  • SMS Reminder (Optional) $0.28
  • Failed Payment Fee $14.80

How long does the set up process take?

7 days.

What do I need to provide?

You will receive a New Client Form where you will provided us with your business details, contact details and business registrations. You can also upload your business logo, and your TPB logo into the form.

Do I need to provide my own templates or engagement letter?

If you’re a Pure Bookkeeping Licensee we use the standard Pure Bookkeeping engagement letter.

If you’re not a Licensee we use the ABN or ICB engagement letter. Or one that you provide.
